Serving grades K-8 in the Lutheran Educational tradition we offer a real alternative for families seeking a small, loving, yet rigorous school in the Metro DC area. IN THE NEWS

Calvary Lutheran School students donated over $500.00 to the Lutheran Heritage Foundation for their work in translating hymnals into the native languages of children in Kenya.

Children in Grades K-8 took offerings at their weekly chapel service during the first and second quarters of the 2008-2009 school year in order to give to this worthwhile cause.

Chapel offerings for the third and fourth quarters of the 2008-2009 school year will be donated to Shepherd's Table in Silver Spring, MD, a community center for people in need.
