How To Apply to Calvary Lutheran School:

1. Call the school office at 301-589-4001 ext. 202 or 204 to schedule a tour of the school.

2. Receive information/application packet (Click here for Tuition and Fees schedule.)

3. Submit application and required documents.

4. Once required documents have been received by the Admissions Office,
a student test and interview will be scheduled.

5. For grades 4-8, a student shadow visit must also be scheduled (if applying during the school year).

Required application documents:
-Completed application form
-$100.00 non-refundable application fee per child applying

-Copy of birth certificate for each child applying
-Copy of most recent report card
-Completed teacher recommendation (to be received directly from teacher)
-Educational information such as standardized tests scores, educational referrals and/or educational evaluations
